Organise Your Own Fundraising Event

Fundraising for Children in Crisis can be a great deal of fun and often as rewarding as the taking part in a challenge or the final event themselves!  By raising funds for Children in Crisis by having a tea party, holding a sponsored silence or taking part in a sky dive you will be helping to support our project work in the eight countries that we work in.

 If you contact us saying that you would like to raise funds for Children in Crisis, we will provide you with a fundraising pack jammed full of ideas.  The team at Children in Crisis will also always be on hand to provide you with advice and support to encourage you throughout your fundraising.

Fundraising can be fun!  Here are a few ideas we came up with to jump start your imagination:

• Clear out those long ignored bedroom drawers and hold a jumble sale!
• Hold a special Children in Crisis Tea Party!
• Get your school involved, and hold a fashion show (and bring along the parents).
• Set up an online sponsorship page on justgiving.com, and invite everyone you know - at least a few of them will sponsor you!
• Take over your local community centre for the day, and hold a brac-a-brac sale day.

• Hold a sponsored silence, or shave your hair for charity. Carry sponsorship forms with you wherever you go, you never know who would like to support you!
